By accessing or using Tarkflo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Tarkflo provides an interview performance system including mock interview practice, adaptive questioning, performance evaluation, and feedback reports. The service is intended for interview preparation and skill development.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as necessary. One person may not maintain multiple free accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Tarkflo only for its intended purpose of interview practice and preparation. You may not:

• Use the service to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to extract proprietary information about our technology
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the service

5. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and branding associated with Tarkflo are owned by us. Your interview responses and uploaded documents remain your property. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Free Sessions & Paid Plans

New accounts receive 6 free interview sessions. Additional usage requires a paid plan. We reserve the right to modify the number of free sessions or plan pricing with reasonable notice. Paid plans are billed as agreed at the time of purchase.

7. Institutional Accounts

Organizations using Tarkflo for their students or employees are responsible for ensuring their users comply with these terms. Organization administrators have access to performance data and reports for users under their account as described in the platform.

8. Limitations

Tarkflo is a practice tool and does not guarantee interview success or employment outcomes. Feedback is advisory and should not be considered professional career counselling. We are not liable for decisions made based on our feedback.

9. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed as agreed at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tarkflo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
