Why is there no price on this page?
Because we quote each team to how they actually hire: the interview lengths you run, how often you hire, and how you like to buy. That way you are not paying for a bracket you do not fill. Tell us your volume and we send a plan and a price the same day. The free pilot lets you see the product work before any of that.
How does pricing work?
You pay per completed AI interview, and the rate depends on the length you choose: a 15-minute quick screen, a 30-minute standard, a 45-minute in-depth, or a 60-minute deep dive. CV screening with FitScore is free and unlimited, so you only ever pay to interview. How you buy sets the rate: Flex Wallet is prepaid pay-as-you-go, Pro is a monthly subscription with lower rates, and Enterprise is committed annual volume at the lowest rates.
What counts as a completed interview?
One live two-way AI voice interview a candidate actually finishes, or one where they answered the final question. No-shows, cancelled invites, technical failures, and abandoned attempts are never billed, and re-issuing an invite to the same candidate is free. CV screening is separate and does not consume interviews.
Is there a low-cost first round?
Yes. A one-way screening round (MCQ, text, and recorded video answers with AI grading) runs at a flat per-submission rate, well below a live interview. Use it as round one to narrow a large pile before you spend a live AI interview on the shortlist.
What happens after the free pilot?
The pilot runs for 90 days or until you have used your 5 live interviews, whichever comes first. After that, we quote a plan sized to your hiring volume so you can keep interviewing. Your roles, candidates, and reports stay in place; nothing is deleted when the pilot ends.
How does billing and GST work?
Payments run through Razorpay. Flex Wallet credits are prepaid and valid 12 months; Pro subscription usage is metered monthly and invoiced in arrears. All prices exclude GST, applied at the prevailing rate (currently 18%). You can set a hard monthly budget cap and we never bill past it.
Is my candidate data secure?
Candidate name, email, phone, and CV are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they reach the database, recordings and scorecards open only for signed-in authorized reviewers, and every access is logged.
