Common questions

Is this an ATS or a screening tool?

Both — that is the point. A normal ATS tracks candidates through stages and leaves the screening and interviews to you. A one-stage screening tool covers one step. Tarkflo runs the whole pipeline, and the interview happens inside it.

Can we use only part of the platform?

Yes. Many teams start with CV screening and written assessments, then add video and live voice as they scale. Every round can be turned on or off per role.

Do candidates need to install anything?

No. Candidates open a careers page or magic link and complete everything in the browser, including the live voice interview. There is no account to create and no app to download.

Does it integrate with our ATS?

Tarkflo Hire works as a standalone pipeline and connects to common ATS platforms on the Scale and Enterprise plans. Talk to sales about your stack.
